Being held at Ashland and 18th Street in Chicago’s historic Pilsen neighborhood, the 14th annual Mole de Mayo festival will feature Chicago’s favorite mole, pitting local chefs and restaurants against one another to find out whose version of the Mexican staple is best. This one of a kind outdoor festival will also feature an open-air Mercado/Market that will be filled to the brim with local Pilsen businesses and crafters.

The event features 2 stages of great live entertainment, including music, djs, and dancing. Our lucha libre wrestling ring is located in the heart of the festival creating an incredible experience and fun for the whole family. Don’t miss this ‘professional’ wrestling exhibition with some high-flying antics from our wrestlers.
The festival is being organized and will benefit the Eighteenth Street Development Corporation, a non-profit organization that has been serving the Pilsen neighborhood for more than three decades.
