Join teaching artist Joanne Brokaw, and her four-legged companion Beau, for an hour of prompts designed to spur personal reflection and creative inspiration. This is a low pressure activity for anyone who needs a creative boost.
No writing, art, or creative experience necessary. Just show up and play with us.
Sharing is optional.
Materials will be provided, but if you prefer to use your own journals or writing utensils feel free to bring those.
Registration is NOT required. Meet at 5:30 pm on the second floor of the library, at the tables near the windows.
Don’t want to write? You can also just pop in to the library for cozy hour to unplug, relax, and connect in the quietest place in the Village of East Rochester. Enjoy reading, puzzles, board games, creative activities, explore the library resources, meet friends to sit and knit, or just spend time “alone” with others.
Part of the Cozy Quiet Night at the Library, which takes place on the 2nd Monday of each month at the East Rochester Library, starting at 5:30 pm. The library closes at 7:00 pm.
